TC Electronic G-Force Infinity & Beyond Preset With Volume Pedal Swells

Had a request for a spacey sounding g force example. This is a preset called Infinity & Beyond. Guitar is an Ibanez S470DXQM loaded with Seymour Duncan Blackouts and an EMG mid booster (the Mark Day mod.) Amp is a Hughes & Kettner switchblade on channel 3 with a H&K tubefactor on factor 1. Volume pedal is a morley little alligator. I miked the amp with an sm57 and ran the mike direct into the g-force. then took stereo outs direct into a pro tools le interface. The only post is a waves ultramaximizer to get the levels up. The G-force is an incredible tool for guitar players. The best sounding effects you can imagine.

@MitchRulzWorld Thank you. I have switched to the axefx ultra now for amp and effects. I'll have to try posting sorrow using that setup...love Gilmours playing on that. Never tried an LTD. I have an esp eclipse 2 and it is an incredible guitar.

Those volume swells at the start sound fantastic. Sounds almost exactly like the synth stuff Van Gellis recorded for the opening sequence of Bladerunner.

hi, i love the sound af this track, can you tell me the exact model guitar you are using and the pickups installed etc. it looks like a 470? but i havent seen a shelf model with those pickups or chrome control knobs and inlays in the neck?

also, re the g force, would i be better buying the g system or is there nothing between them. i am used to having rack effects but the g system looks a cool piece of kit. my present guitar is a custom shop master build 57 strat with the emg dg20 sys. bob
