Nice rocker, I prefer old style myself. But you should be adding water WHILE rocking. It'll help improve recovery. FWIW

@MrMrtiki the handle doesn't matter the length, you get the distance you want by adjusting up and down the handle. the punch plate keeps the water in the rocks longer than just a screen.
