How else can you express it writing!! Proper snare therapy, check out Bizzy B & Equinox - Everybody. The snares on that tune are cheeky as fuck, I just love it. Wicked tune to lift weights to, real mellow, but also heavy enough to give you that extra adrenaline to push yourself a few pressups further HAHAHA.
