"I'm not a dude!" well obviously lol anyways first off he cannot make him sit down and or hit or touch him in anyway unless he hits the officer. Second you are allowed to film anybody or anything unless it is descriminating them (such as pics or film of them nude) just because you are a police officer it doesn't give them any more of rights then anybody else other than to arrest someone or give tickets but to arrest they have to have a good reason not just because of him skating or talking whet
