Another good luck from me,I have done 70 miles in one go.although i did stop for lunch,eat lots of carbs and drink plenty otherwise you will 'hit the wall.'Dont make the mistake of going to fast early on like I did,it made me tired later in the ride. I plan to do 100miles one day without stopping at all.Apart from lights of course
