Part two of my tutorial on making a slide based dance build. Once again, I am sorry for the audio syncing issue. It is a real pain in the butt.
This is a tutorial for how to do a dance-style slide build in FL studio 8. I use Vanguard and Sytrus to make a good quick and dirty build. This tutorial covers using the slide trigger in the FL piano roll, the glide function in vanguard, how to make auto clips (but everyone should know that!) and how to use triplets to make slide fit into quarter time.

Did you automate vanguard? I don't know how to do that. Maybe it's because I'm using the demo version. Can you only automate in the full version?

By demo version I am guessing you mean of Vanguard? I do not think that it would be so because FL does not care what sort of VSTi it is hosting, Demo, or not. However, if you are using FL9, the automation process is a little more complicated. First, you toggle the knob you want to automate, then click the arrow in the top left of the window, and go to 'browse parameters'. The parameter should show up highlighted. Right click it and click 'Create automation clip'. Flt f is the main cutoff, FYI
