Now, I'm not saying "run for the hills, the black people are coming!" (I love when people throw out that red herring.) What I am saying is that there is a racist segment of the black population that would just love nothing more than to victimize a white person.They need a little heat put on them just like the assholes in the white pop.

There's a fine line between being naive and realistic here.

@Vaporifix My argument is that sources say that whites have committed & charged for racial hate crime is because that was the motive behind the crime, And witnesses who came forth saw that it was & hard evidence proved it. Honestly if blacks are look at stereotyped as being inferior & at the bottom then what other reason should a white person have in committing a crime against a black person?

@Vaporifix We can sit here and say that but you know what they say "you have to prove beyond a reasonable doubt" It would be easy to lock people up based on assumptions but u know that's not how its done and its unfair.

@Vaporifix Disagree, there have been stories of blacks getting arrested & charged for a hate crime because they made it obvious & that there were witnesses who saw that it was racial. There have been crimes where black on white, white on black that have been found that the motive wasn’t racial. (continue to next comment)

If a person is targeted because of their race it makes it a hate crime.

And yes there have been many hate crimes against whites not listed as such.

@WarlordDruid If so, then that would also apply to hate crimes against blacks as well, and not only that the small precentage of blacks that have been labeled for hate crime u add the ones that not "listed" still wouldn't outnumber the high percentage of whites that have been labeled for committing a hate crime because you would also have to add in those crimes against blacks that are not "listed"

If every single black person HATED whites (which is BS...we're not racist enough), could you blame us? They act as though we have no reason to be "racist". There is much more blood on white hands than black hands. So I'm not really concerned about black on white "hate" crimes.

@macadon That's all well and good if politics didn't come into play when they decide whether to prosecute someone for a "hate crime". As I said before and whether you want to believe it or not - black people are less likely to be charged with a hate crime unless they're just completely over the top with their hatred.

Regardless, blacks attack whites far more often than the reverse. Now whether it can be "proved" that it was racially motivated only matters legally.

What about Italian aggresion on ethiopea that left the whole land barren and have partially affected the life of those people even to this day causing famine and many other problems associating with that. All this just in a last century. How can that be acceptable. How can they cry, those are just few of many cases of aggresion done to african people as well as division that they have created between blacks pitting one against the other.
