Motion blur test

Smoother movements but blurrier.
If this works well I'll try to only blur movements and not things that appear out of nowhere.

The clip was interpolated to 3840fps (64x speed), and then a number of frames around the originals were blended together. Finally half of them were dropped for 30fps.

Wow, Melee looks really nice with the motion blur. I would like to see this technique used more often.

No 720p + Widescreen? ): Still looks nice. And off-topic: what's the lowest possible time for the WR strat of Dr. Mario? Seeing as 13.33 has been achieved.

@JapMKW Most people don't watch in 720p. I have to choose to align the black borders (so this is "widescreen" btw =)) for optimal quality for either 480p or 720p, so I rather choose 480p. There is a certain size however that I need to check out sometime - it's slightly smaller, so less quality, but it may be macroblock-compatible with both 480p and 720p.

13.33 is the lowest. As N64zz said, you can go lower with a different strategy though.
