test with mach3, backlash set at 0.004mm, repeat the X axis in 5mm to 0mm for 10 times, meausre between 0.001mm-0.003mm error.

  • It's looking pretty good. But I ask myself if the leverage off the mill spindle does affect the Z height?

    How good is the mechanics, accuracy really? Would you recommend it?

  • the nice part of this machine is all metal construction, the lead screw and linear rail is just same as those industrial machine, that means machine can run many years without worry the degrade or lost accuracy.
