  • I'm 14 and getting this done at the end of the year...

  • I am getting this done in a few weeks. (The nuss) down here in Sydney. For those with questions:

    1) The pain is managed with epidural/IV/Oral Medication and a phsyio

    2) You will have to do lung exercises after to prevent phenomena

    3) Build up your immunity system if you get a cold/flu/cough with the bar in it will kill (A friend had to get his removed due to this)

    4) Button-Up shirts are the way to go for a few weeks

    All the best.

P.S: Donald Nuss. You are the champion of all champions.

  • @LauraStar it isnt that bad, they only put in an epiderl and an IV, the pain when i got home wasnt too bad i was walking around the day after i got home but i had to take it easy, nothing really hurt too much but laughing hurts so watch out for that

  • Da li ima neko iz Srbije da je vise upucen u ovo??

  • Hey I had the surgery when I was 8 got me it es a little more painful because they pumped me up with morphine for the pain but it turns out I was allergic! But otherwise it wasn't terrible. God luck for rose who are going to have it done

  • @LauraStar11 I'm 16 and have it and these videos are good for info but I think I'm stressing myself out too much watching all if them. I might just go for it and hope for the best

  • @furcal3 I'm 15 and my worse fear is the pain. So it really isn't that bad? Then again they probably loaded you with pain killers, but how was the pain when you were sent home?

  • @1PasGas Yup. Ribs, hips, shoulders, and chest are affected by PE. I have PE and the same exact thing you have with the left ribs. So ya sounds like you have it.
