Makes cringe."] Doctors say these are second and third degree burns on the arms and back of a two-year-old boy...the result of playing in the sun for at least 90 minutes without sunscreen or any kind of protection. " When you've got a fair haired kid out there with no shirt on, it's not going to take very long for that child to basically get roasted."]So now police have charged the boy's 27-year-old dad, Bobby Jones, with criminal abuse.Jones is in jail on a 75-hundred dollar cash bond. A neighbor says the father was outside with the boy and should have noticed the sunburn and the resulting blisters.
