The water is coming from the crankcase. Pull the plug/drain your crankcase, refill with oil and it will run fine!

i was mudding and my quad ran fine then it started bogging after like water got in the carb then it got back to normal after a few minutes of ridding then i washed it like 5 hours later it will start for like half a sec and then stall and went i crank it steam comes out or it looks like it does
