For all of you who can't pass the mission "Bar Brawl" and who are having other crashes and errors, I am telling you that you have an Ultimate Vice City Mod. To fix this problem, just uninstall your "Grand Theft Auto: Vice City" game and permanently delete it. Then, reinstall the game with only the original version (the same version which GTAmissions has) and your problems will be fixed! :)
