To add to previous comments, this is not strictly "Traditional"!
This is the Ewan McColl song "Terror Time". It dates from the folk revival in the 1960s and refers to the autumn and the experiences of the Traveller community who lived in tents and how hard it was for them when the weather gets really cold and seasonal work like helping with harvest is no longer available.
