as i have stated prior to another commentor he has a mac thus having no knoledge on how to build a computer (probs dont even know what the inside of a computer looks like) and thus i tell him to go to a company that builds computers for people (anywhere i tell him to go would be over priced for what you get)

If you already have Bootcamp installed, you can buy the Windows OS and install it to Bootcamp. Mac runs Windows flawlessly, so no worries. Just go look up a tutorial or read the manual first. :) Or you can buy Parallels. Whichever.
