@l0gically Well yeast is temperature dependent, at 77F it should be about 10-12 hours, warmer it will take less time and cooler it will take more time. The yeast will continue minimally in the refrigerator so it should be consumed within 10 days, even if chilled. Some bottles could be marked for early consumption and left to ferment longer (at room temp )while others could be chilled with only a few hours of activating the yeast.
You could also open one and recap just to test.

@goldenpizza Well I have 10 bottles of yeast-laden grape stuff sitting here, with no plastic bottle to gauge pressure. : ) Hopefully the caps pop off before anything more serious. How long do they typically sit before you need to refrigerate them?
There would be a small amount of alcohol in this though I'm not complaining just stating facts

@kelseysbasement dont try this with dairy. I would not recommend citrus either.
