  • Nuclear Weapons are a danger to all life on this planet. It's time to move to a Culture of Peace. There are no winnable wars with nuclear weapons and we must understand that disarmament is the only sane approach to protecting present and future generations. Other countries want weapons because we have them. If we lead the way in promoting peaceful approaches to resolving problems and dismantling our weapons, other countries will join us.

  • The Czech have more of the European spirit than even some of the "Western Europeans" might have. Because the know very well, what it is, NOT to be a part of Europe.

And they are even so much in love of the freedom as the Americans are. They whole history proves this. Thats why they greeted Obama with such a passion. Whith a passion only the Americans are capable of otherwise.

  • America has already built underground bunkers

1 of them is directly under the white house

why would you build nuclear bunkers?

  • there a difference between saying something and doing something

  • fuck obama that should've been ron paul.

  • Nuclear weapon is the perfect example of human intelligence armed by human insanity.

  • Yay! WE don't need bombs. WE need love& peace!

  • As one of the seemingly few Americans who actually has even a minute understanding of the threat that Nuclear Weapons pose not only to my own people but to all people, I'm incredibly proud of the steps my President is taking to create a dialogue of peaceful negotiations and nuclear disarmament with not just the Russians but with the rest of the world. For anyone with doubts let me make this clear, nuclear weapons are an abomination; there absolutely nothing to gain from using or keeping them

  • @beardagoober President Obama's recent Nuclear Security Summit in DC on 4/12-13/10 is a step in the right direction. The real danger to all humanity is from loose nuclear materials that folks want to buy and use for terrorist activities. The recent Summit was meant to bring all countries together to work together to stop this threat. We have to find ways to work together with dialogue and creating a Culture of Peace by building confidence measures step by step and to live up to the NPT.

  • @KittyReporter You're right. Let's throw our nuclear weapons away. I'm sure radical Muslim Iran will be happy to do so once we do, they won't keep them, blow us up, and blow Israel dead when we're defenseless. There aren't any bad people who are always going to want to kill with nukes. Really? Come on! There are tons of things that are a danger to life. I could slip on a bananna and fall on some rocks and die. Let's throw away all our fruit and rocks! And you're wrong: WWII was won with nukes.

  • @KittyReporter i aggree it would be bad if iran and others started making nukes 25,000 nukes world wide do we really feel safer knowing our planet and everyone in it could be destroyed at any moment

  • @KittyReporter Yes, but disarming is a bad idea beacause you don't know if country's have them hidden under ground when we are fully disarmed. We could be attacked as soon as we disarm our stock piles by a preemptive strike. Nuclear power is what gives the U.S. influence.
