Welcome to Part 9 of my 17 part series railfanning the NS Pittsburgh Line.
After starting at Lewistown, making our way to Altoona & then heading up the west slope, we head as far west as we will go in this series - MP 268 - South Fork, PA . At South Fork, the Pittsburgh Line meets the South Fork Secondary.
We catch a work train on the Secondary, then we see 65J cut off the helpers
Trains Seen Are -

Ok this is an awesome video! Two parts caught my liking the most....@ 0:35 when the train had the excavator on it, and @ 3:05 when the helpers separate from the train and roll away. So so Sweet my friend!

@PghTrainFanatic - Thank you!! What I didn't put on the video for the sake of time was right after the helpers cut away from 65J, the train went into emergency. It popped an air hose & the brakeman had to walk back , check the hose & then wait for a ride back from one of the MOW crews to the head end.
