  • @jovaneta1 yes you engage your triceps more when doing close grip bench press, but you also stimulate the inner fibers of the chest much more compared to the wide grip press. So, he is right to say that actually.

  • @Tungdil001 You obviously didn't watched the video or you have no clue about bodybuilding.3:08 he said what i wrote and that's not correct.Btw,there is no compound movement that is isolating only one muscle as you stated in your reply.

  • I've stopped the video after he said that close grip bench press works your inner chest lol.He should know the closer you grip the bar,you are engaging the tricpes more...
