Turn on your sink and wait till it get's really hot, use anti-bacterial soap and lather ans rinse it with the really hot water. Then dry them up a bit with a towel (not toilet paper or any paper) and let it air-dry. Then fill it up with solution. :)

-so if your eye gets dry do you take the lens out to put the eye drops in or do you leave them in and put the eye drops in ?

- I heard that the solution is not supposed to touch your eye, is that true ?

- If I've put the lens in for 8 hours can I just take them out of the solution and pop them in ? If not then what do I do ?
