I also added 3:73 gears with it i did it myself at boces. Youll have much better take off with the two wheel burnout and the gears help tremendsly! about 500$ but its deffentially work it!

LOVE IT!!

When I put in 3.73 gears in my car, I gained gas mileage in town. On the highway I still manage a steady 28mpg.

dont like the sound not deep enough. too raspy even for a mustang v6.

@Japopeye
Fair enough. I added and X-pipe and it help smooth out the sound a bit.
This video is pretty poor at showing the sound. It was taken under a car-port so the sound echos.
Take a look at my other video if you have the chance.

I have like 170k miles on my 99 mustang (I know it's alot) I'm thinking about geting a sct tuner would I feel any difference

@cjw024
If you have a 5-speed, yes you will feel some difference. You will have better throttle response and with a 91/93 tune you can get about 10-15hp out of it.
If you have an auto, YES. Tuners firm up and adjust the shift points in autos.

okay i have a v6 stang and i have a problem. every time i do a burn out i only get the right rear wheel spinning...and i hear people talking about a T-Loc. what does that do for the v6's..i would like to know

@rider4life51
V6 cars came stock with an open differential. Under power the passenger wheel is the only wheel getting power. A T-Lok is a limited slip differential (called posi-trac by GM). It will allow both rear tires to have power applied to them under acceleration. It doubles your traction under power. You will no longer be a "one wheel wonder" or a car with a "peg leg." You need a 7.5" T-Lok for your V6 or you could swap the whole 8.8" rear end out of a GT. They came stock with a T-Lok.
