Depot Lipsticks where you can see them all

Depotting my lipsticks because I needed to see what colors I have in all and I didn't have to dig in to see each one.

I really need to find a better way to organize my lipsticks/shadows/etc.. My only issue with depotting my lipsticks is I like to toss the tube in my purse and take it with me to reapply as needed later so this wouldn't work too well for that. But it's still an awesome idea.

@TearfulShadows You can still do this but intead of depotting the whole lipstick you only depot the bottom portion of the lipstick and keep the top half, hopefully it won't be messy afterwards. thanks for commenting!

umm good idea...but why smash them? you should try melting them and they will harden again all smooth! :)

thank u for this i have a collection but i reframied from depoting cuz i refused to melf my lipsticks esp. my FAV ruby woo so im glad i seen this :)

@googooberries It takes up a lot less space when you depot them. It makes a big a big difference when you have a huge collection of make-up. And if you use clear jars, it saves you time because you don't have to open up every tube you have to find the right colour. Again, it is mostly usefull when you have a big collection
