As a part of Summit Point's spring opener, I was one of the fortunate invited "car club group" for the "cruise-in" portion of the event participating from PCA (Porsche Club of America) that was allowed on Summit's newer Shenandoah Circuit (road track) for a brief "open" event. Even though in a Lotus Exige-S, the PCA Chesapeake Chapter Treasurer is also a Lotus owner/enthusiast, so invites several of us to participate in regular events such as this from time-to-time as well. This brief clip was free-hand taken with a Nikon Coolpix by my son (apologies for the shaky quality as a result) riding passenger seat during the 2nd of a 10-lap (scheduled - they ended up actually flagging us through for even several more!) run. And yes, both the boxster and the Carrera in front of him eventually DID provide me a "point-by" so I could pass. ;-) ...I started off approximately 12-13 in the starting order, and finished up (pulling myself off for a cool-down lap outside the circuit about 3 laps from the eventual actual finish), in 2nd - behind the starting pole car (another Lotus, of course!) ;-) :-)
