Looks great. I've been reading Samosa recipes but actually seeing them made is extremely helpful. I just had some Indian neighbours move next door so maybe I'll surprise them with a Samosas Welcome.

Wow!! I love these videos. I havent had samosa's in about 10 yrs!! My friend's mother made some for me and a couple of other friends years ago and they were delicious. Somehow, I remember a little bit of carrots in them. Is that a normal variation? Silly question. Do you oil your rolling pin?

Aunty.. Awesome video!! Will definately try to make it soon. However,one quick question. May i change the oil for the dough mixture with butter?? for "richer" taste? Ifn can, how much? or is it the same amount as oil? Thanks Aunty! ;-)

Use the same amount of butter and definitely it will give better texture.
