@TheMASTERCROCODILE Okay, thanks, but wouldn't an H make more sense? Why choose E when it's sandwitched between letters? If they're going to do that, then why one of the most used letters of the English Language, why not B, or N? I can't find anything about how the E started, searched google and other people have asked the same question, and got one other answer, but it was the same as yours. It still doesn't make sense why E is used over the other letters though.
