would anyone know a good place for me to look/ search for people who are good at rotoscoping & CGI, matte artist, concept artist's, compositor, matchmove artist's, and camera crew? me and my friends are gonna make our own star wars fan film.... but we don't want it to look crappy, we want it to look legit and awesome.

@CactusG26 me and my friends were gonna make a fan film, on the events before episode I.... how do we approve it with lucas? do we ask him first, and then go and develop it/ or visa versa.... cause this, dark ressurection, and threads of destiny are excellent fan films.
