THis was when bruce was pure. He was poetic, he was full of life....he was hungry! I am at least displeased with his new stuff. THis was why I loved him and will why I will always love him....Im sry he lost it...but Im glad i was able to hear his word when he was real....I miss you bruce...come back to me

just for information: the song is from bruce's first album "greetings from asbury park n.j." 18 tracks is an album with songs from other albums

listen to the Asbury Park version....this version is from the 18 Tracks album. and on the asbury park album, Growin Up is a good 30 seconds longer than this version.
