you dont acturally get 3 years warrenty if u look in the 360 ull see a mail thing where it says would u like 2 extra years of warenty so u think u get 3 but you only get 1

viper, i agreed with you one week ago.
untill mine broke, bought from gamestation preowned, had a year warrenty, took it back got store credit value of £219.99. paid an extra £40 and got a brand new one. the new bach microsoft have made, have the inside of an elite known for being much more reliable. so all i had to do was show them didnt work and i got a new one which the guy said he has had no complaints or returns on, so if anyone has a warrenty with a shop still that is worth doing.

I don't whether you're from US or Europe, but on average it takes 2-4 weeks. I got mine in about two weeks.
