  • this video was really helpful, especially for me, I am by far the WORST about this, and I hope I can get past of micro-managing every last thing I consume.

  • @WoWbob396 Well glad it resonated with you, but trust me, you are not alone in feeling you are "the worse" Just need to learn to free yourself from this type of mental diet prison. That can take time for sure.

    Best of luck with it

  • Fantastic video again boys. The concept of food rehab is potentially the single most important health message for the masses - not just the fitness competitor and bodybuilder.

  • @180degreehealth Well we appreciate that, thank you. Spread the word

  • Excellent! I really appreciate the practicality of your comments and in particular the fact that guilt and shame doesn't provide much of a motivation for anything in life.

You guys do great work and are a huge asset - thank you!

  • While this is 1001% valid information, the industry will NEVER be held accountable for the disorders it has created. The *benefits* are perceived way higher by more and more. The need and room for truth IS growing-so the need for us who've been working on this, also teaching the right ropes, is expanding. This is why 'coaches' also need each other, because our strength also comes from continually being mentored by the best-growing never stops Thanks for your commitment to the TRUTH coach ♥

  • I can remember "pre-coach-scott" days of graphing my food intake on fitday.com. I completely stressed if I did not reach the exact amount of grams for each macronutrient. Now, I have better pursuits to occupy my precious brain waves.
