This is a huge terrarium room inside the Kimdo Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The several big fish you see are Giant Gouramis and the small "school" of fish is koi.

  • That does not even look like a terrarium. It is more like a room with a pond and a shit load of plants. The only animals that I saw were in the pond. I have never seen Gouramis that big before and there weren't a lot of Koi which are very common for ponds. That would be a wonderful place for a few Rose Tailed Boas or Pythons because of the amount of climbing space and they both will eat fish if given the opportunity.

  • It's alot easier to say "terrarium" than it is to say "a room with a pond and a shit load of plants". I don't think all of that would have fit in the title, and I'm pretty sure people would have had trouble finding the video, so I think "terrarium" is a fine way to describe it.

  • lol 2 every dork/terrarium what have u enthusiasts expression when this video started including me

  • 0_o I dare you to make less sense.

  • gouramis dont get that big

  • Uh....these ones do. Try googling "Giant Gourami" and see what you come up with.

  • correct me if i am wrong, but does'ent terrarium mean dry climate, and this would be a paludarium since the shitload of plants and pond

  • @1992pattrow giant gouramis grow huge, u proly just seen juvinilles

  • trying to make my terrium to look abit like pandora, tropical in other words

  • well, actually, terrariums dont have to specifically house animals.

a lot of terrariums are also kept for growing plants that need a controlled environment inside of houses e.g. tropical/carnivorous plants that need a certain amount of light/humidty/temperature control. though not this big, this is awesome :)

  • regardless of the shit talk i really liked it i wish i had a nice thing like this in my house how relaxing!

  • does anything but Koi live in there?

  • you can keep there 2 iguanas

    or a green anaconda

  • Ya you can say it but it is not a terrarium. Terrariums house specific kinds of animals meaning it is set for the animal and the environment needed. It could be called animal habitat or indoor pond but not a terrarium. I do have to admit that is is a beautiful pond with a really nice setting.
