Dawson is hot, but the forehead and hair killed her looks on voyager. My personal to-do list is 7/9, Jadzia Daz (I know she was DS9 but she was still hot), Kes. I wouldn't do Janeway but I don't deny that she was a brilliantly written character portrayed by an equally brilliant actress.
