Black, white whatever. Answer honestly. I know you can't or not supposed to judge or can't tell the future. But how many people think that any of them will grow up to become productive citizens or have children that will grow up and contribute to society. Parents that care would not let them dress like that. Conclusion their parents are fucked up, so in turn are they and their children will do no better.

I grew up in wilkinsburg back in the 60s and 70s when you could sleep on your porch in the summer time when it got to hot inside. we would ride our bikes, go all night bowling clines or just hang out at doldies store. now you cant walk down the street in the middle of the day without worrying about being robbed or shot by some wantabee gang member thug. very sad what these people have done to this town.
