Dave Lemanczyk uses The Formulator for wrist extension at the end of a very challenging workout. Eight two and a half pound plates are used plus a two and a half pound collar. I do not count the collar or the weight of the implement. Personally, I only count the plates I add. This is twenty pounds of which is something to work up to and beyond. A great product. I have no affiliation but know what good products are and advocate for them even though I have no monetary gain.
