@powskier this guy i think has another video of overhead press with barbell , lower body plays a huge part
-
@WontBeOutworked how bout you put up a video of you doing a full range at 120? its bad for shoulder to do a full motion with dumbells
-
Does anyone know his bodybuilding, powerlifting or training history? I'd like to shake his hand but I don't want mine crushed! ;-)
-
This guy is STRONG. PERIOD
-
To the chest grandpa!

i do endurance training so i probably wont ever need to lift that much weight but damn! that's my mom you are benchin mike! ^_^

I weigh 120 lbs lol

I doubt any of the haters on this video can even press 120's for a single rep. Good shit!
This is quite motivational video. I want to be in that shape in my 60ties. I am 26 and after a tough year I just got to 120 DB bench, so watching someone of your age doing it with ease is very nice :).
But like other might have asked, why dont you do full repetitions? Something with elbows? But it is still impressive.

powskier, do you actually think Mike gives a shit about double snatches and front squats? At 67, he is in tremendous shape. Give the guy some credit, that's more weight than most people will ever lift in their lifetime. Good job Mike! Keep em comin!

Thanks! Mike

Yes, better than nothing, I guess but its the bench press a terrible exercise. Can he do front squats with those dbs for that many reps? How about double snatches with those? He definitely should be able to, if your upper body is that strong. If not, he needs to back off the upper body crap and concentrate on the legs and core to allow your body to catch up so he will be a balanced athelite.

If I hadn't acquired a series of back injuries while a paratrooper (10st Airborne, 1960s) in the Army, you might have a point.
