While the Jonas Brothers were getting set to play inside the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, outside in the parking lot it was a near death experience for police, wranglers and rodeo patrons. A bull broke loose from inside Reliant Center Arena and charged up the ramp and outside into the crowd. One officer tried to use a "tazer" but that only made the animal angry and it plowed right over him. Finally some cowboys on their horses with ropes captured the beast and only three people were injurd. One woman you see who was knocked down was taken to the hospital where she remains there for observation.
