I first watched this last summer. For at least two weeks it was my favorite thing ever. It got to the point that I expected Kill The Director to start up every time I heard the HIMYM theme.
Also, this is how I was introduced to the Wombats, who I now love. This is still my favorite song by them, possibly for the memories of this video.

AWESOME. My favorite parts have to be the clips of them 10 years younger, as well as of them running to the hospital. Great work! YouTube needs more HIMYM-ensemble vids. =]
