✔ UPDATE | What the video doesn't show is that the protester was freed less than an hour after his arrest, no jail, no bail, and all charges dropped. He subsequently sued the govt alleging civil rights violations, and they settled out of court for a hefty sum of your tax money. $$$$$ Thanks. He's doing just fine now, protesting more than ever before without fear of arrest for living the First Amendment in the U.S. ☺

Colorado Gov. Bill Ritter announced his opposition to amendment 48 which would define a person as one from the moment of conception. His announcement came at a rally held by the "NO on 48" campaign - dedicated to defeating amendment 48 - on the west steps of the state capital amidst protests from nearby prolifers.

Gov. Ritter, although surrounded by fellow pro-aborts, was clearly shaken by the small band of pro-life protesters. Ultimately, one protester was arrested for his peaceful protest of the event by an out-of-control, undercover state trooper. The plain-clothes trooper didn't identify himself as such until the very moment of arrest.

Hypocrisy at its finest: when a trooper does exactly what he didn't want the pro-lifers to do.

  • Hmmm.

  • Wow, he seems to think them homosexuals have it just fine and dandy while these.. nutters are the persecuted ones

  • Geez. That guy sure likes to talk about "the homosexuals" a lot. Also, it was pretty obvious from the time the plainclothes cop started talking to him, that he was a cop. The police radio in his hand is kind of a clue. But I guess that's something these "pro-lifers" find it hard to get. A clue.

  • Mayby the man was freed less than an hour after his arrest. But he was taken out of there and this is wrong.

What king of reprimand fatso cop will get ? Probably nothing...

  • The bitch is on a power trip. She dont know if she's coming or going but since she's a cop, she pretend that she must be right.. It doesnt work with the man so she goes to another protester

As for the big piece of shit in plain suit, what kind of a FF bastard is this idiot. Who in the world he thinks he is. Is he homosexual and he dinys it ?, so he arrest people who talk against the homosexual. Or is HE in his menstrual period and HE's over reacting. Ii love is lets cooperate and RIGHT NOW

  • EVERYONE had the right to be there. Agreeing or disagreeing with the message doesn't legally matter. Everyone also had the right to free speech. This man was harassed and denied civil liberties. This is why charges were dropped and the government paid him for his troubles. When police make up laws or don't understand them, they get into trouble.

  • @trifulquita15 lesbian sex is sexy, no excuses, haha.

  • @IaMnAsianFascination politically correctness is not my hobby, sorry if some filipinos are ofended, but male prostitution is popular in Manila and Bangkok. Homophobic? I thinks gay sex is gross, lesbian sex is hot but i think is wrong too

  • @trifulquita15 ehh, true i guess, but really, why did you target Filipinos? your also being homophobic

  • @IaMnAsianFascination that is technically impossible
