I don't see why anyone needs to read the book, we've seen her take, her son's take and the father's take and it's blatant exploitation and betrayal of a child by a self deluded, self important parent. Her and her husband seem to live in a world of their own - clearly unable to deal with the realities of having a teenage son and blaming drugs for their ineptitude.

One scientist says it and because the government has this drug war thing shoved up there arse they take those views on board and ignore every other scientific conclusion which believes cannabis is less harmful than tobacco or alcohol.

I agree that violence is never excusable. However, manipulation and aggression enacted in other, more covert forms is not acceptable either. If the book wasn't meant to publicly shame and undermine her now adult child then it was, at the very least, an act of naked profiteering from the trauma of a person who was then in her care. And she's not even 'on drugs'...

Read the book, people, it's a beautiful telling of a difficult parent/child story. Magnificent. Interviewer? Idiot.

Watching this odius whore makes me feel SO thankful, and eternally grateful that my mum and dad are understanding about me smoking weed. They could've bought into the propaganda, but they chose the facts. I don't do any 'harder' drugs (that includes alcohol.) I hold up a full-time job as a business banker, which I've done for over 6 years now. She doesn't deserve to call herself a mother. On the bright side of this, her 'boy' has done well to cut himself loose of this abomination.
