Man jumps off Archibald fountain during Festival First Night

This guy all of a sudden appears in his undies at the top of the Archibald fountain in Hyde Park, the whole crowd stars egging him on to jump... and sure enough he does... he chickens out from the very top but climbs down and belly flops in to the ankle deep water
