I got one of these for my hamsters as i thought it would be a great idea, considering they cant climb out.. how wrong can i get? On the 3rd day of me buying my new hamster, (We already have 3 other hamsters!) I put him in his playpen, and he climbed straight back out of it again, I couldn't stop laughing, cos he was just sitting on the top waiting for me to pick him up! Never again is he going to be left alone in it! :L

yes i got it from pets at home and i do recommend it, good value as it provides a safe place for my hamster to excisersize. she uses it most nights and loves running around the floor.

hi, my hamster will eat quite literally anything. she eats dry mix, veg and fruit, like apples, lettuce, carrots, cucumber, strawberries. she is also very partial to sweet things such as a small piece of chocolate, cake or biscuit. she eats cereals special k is her favourite.

it is quite big, some times my guinea pigs use it and it's fine for them. however as rats can climb, it's likely that they will just climb right out
