  • Love the Kelly Ripper on the back

  • @cnote4461 check out access machinery equipment (like an auto trader for industrial equipment, they have a website). Hard to find track loaders at more than 4 cu yards. They are still being made, but aren't very common anymore. They're ground speed is a lot less than a wheel loader.

  • Komatsu made the largest with their D155S. About 46tons with a 6 yard bucket on it. 275hp or something like that, one big machine to be sure.

I last saw a Cat 977 maybe around 10 or so years ago working for a demolition firm which is probably no longer in business.

The demise of the crawler loader as a production loading machine were numbered as soon as excavators stopped being your basic trench digger and took on other tasks.

  • Okay - this beast is cool !!! I haven't seen one of these in action in a loooong time. Do they still make crawler loaders big like this? And who makes the biggest one?

  • This is one true monster!

  • Thats awesome, I also like that cheetah skin seat he has on the '83 lol

  • awsome that's one big crawler!

  • that thing could crush your 992!

  • That was a unbelivable Monster of a dozer!
