Solar One Building Performance Training

Solar One's (www.solar1.org) Building Performance program introduces students to the applications of energy efficiency, retrofitting and assessment on new and existing buildings. Students learn how buildings use energy, how to conduct energy audits, and how to make energy-efficiency improvements in buildings. Working closely with organizations like Community Environmental Center, students have a chance to learn on-site with auditors and technicians about the techniques and applications used to make buildings more energy efficient and sustainable.
