GAH! I HATE YOUTUBE!!!! THEY MADE ME DO AN AUDIO SWAP AGAIN!!!!! :( So, because YT is growing more and more retarded each day, i had to pick a stupid selena gomez song as the audio :( But, so hear the real video, please (if u have the song) start listeining to "Nobody's Home" by Avril Lavigne, at 0:22. Thanks!
Alright, so I was re-watching the last 3 episodes of season 6 of BTVS (Villains, Two to Go, and Grave) the other day, and I remembered an old video that I had been wanting to re-do for a while. I had made a video about Willow's addiction to magic a few years ago, but it sucked terribly, so I made a new one :)
This whole video started with one quote that Dark Willow says in "Grave":
Giles: "Willow has killed a human being... How will she be able to live with herself?"
DW: "I wouldn't worry about that... Willow doesn't live here anymore."
When I heard that quote, I immediately thought of this video.
This video follows Willow's downward spiral into addiction throughout season 6 of BTVS. When I first saw those episodes where Willow becomes evil (I think I was about 9 when it came on TV), I was first of all shocked to see what Willow had become. But I was also extremely intrigued by the depth of her character. For so long, this darkness had been rising up inside of her, and she had been trying so hard to keep it bottled up. But after Tara's death (*tear*) in "Seeing Red", she can't hold it back anymore, and all that anger and vengenace just spills out.
I loved Dark Willow from the very first episode she was in, beause she truly is a force of nature. I remember the TV promo for the last 3 episodes of s6 (you kno those little commercials they show on TV that tell you what's going to happen in the next episodes of a show). The narrator's lines were something like "Hell hath no fury, like a Wicca scorned." and I remember watching those promos and being like "OH MY GOD! THIS LOOKS SO COOL!" :P
I have always wanted to make a decent video chronicaling Willow's magic addiction, but I've never had the guts to put one on YT. But now I am, so here it is.
And the "I love you" thing at the end is kinda symbolic. I put it at the part where Xander is trying to reason with Willow, and she keeps hurting him, but it's really hurting her even more than it is him. I put that there to sort of sum up the feelings she was experiencing, and to pay tribute to that incredible scene. I thought that it was amazing that after all of her friends had almost given up on her, and were all un-able to help, Xander was the one who stepped forward and saved Willow from herself. I was in tears when I first saw that scene, and I still cry everytime I was it. It's so beautiful that her oldest, and dearest friend, and the person that was always called un-important, stupid, and clumsy, is the one who saves the world in the end.

Great video, I wish I could hear it with the real song, =(. It sucks when YT does that. They even removed audio on videos of my friends and I on vacation because we had music. It's so stupid, Youtube is becoming so annoying, ugh. Really great video though, Willow's one of my favorite characters.
