Well, you can, it's just you can't tether right after you use B-Down. If you wait a second or two after B-Down is done, then you can tether.

Im pretty sure you cant. If you press A or B out of down-b she'll just kick to the side. So I wouldnt use down-b off of he stage unless you were SURE it would spike an opponent

Hey Foulplay L2 Hug the edge instead of trying to turn around and jump onto it like in Melee.
