This is my drum cover to the Santana version of this great song She's Not There. This is my interpretation of the percussion. This video is intended for the purposes of education, comparison and critiquing,
@MrJackg67 Yes it is in the off position. This is a hard tune to play for any drummer because of all the changes twists and turns. Just stick with it and you will get it. Break it down into sections and work 1 section at a time until you get it. Not an easy song for your guitarist either. If you all individually pracice to the studio version then come to band practice prepared it will go along way for the band to be able to put the tune together without wasting alot of time in practice..Nick
my band want to cober this and as ive only been playing for a fairly short time in drumming terms this is the hardest track we have covered for me. can i ask is your snare in the off position in this.
@Zipporeel Thanks....I checked your site out and watched the mini reel to reel video. Very nice collection. Several years back I visited the Spy Museum in Wash DC. Your vid reminded me of that. Liked the Camel recorder, Zippo recorder, cufflinks etc......Also reminded me a bit of the show from the '60's "Get Smart". It was a comedy but always had these spy gadgets....Thanks for checking out my vid and for you kind comments....Nick
