Not rare, but not a bad radio. Based on the Maxcom 30E that we got in the UK in 1982

Not rare, but very good quality, i have 2 of em and use it for 27mc foxhunting. (hide and seek with cars)

"Rare" features like variable power 0-4 watts and Antenna Warning!!hahahaha..those are $40 radios in the USA.
CB..also known as Chicken band or Childrens Band are as close to useless as it goes. Pretty funny he tries to pass this piece of shit radio off as a "HAM" radio.
I suspect his car has "Rare" features too..like a ignition switch and tail lights.
Good thing being Stupid/Ignant are not a crime.

Its a very good radio and very rare - you proberly don´t know it cause its too expensive in your country. You can even change output power - very rare and strong radio
