my tie dyes awlays drip sooooo much, is there a way to make them stop?

You could use a thickener, like sodium aliginate, to make the dye into more of a paste.

is there a way to keep the colors dark?

Letting the shirts soak longer is the best and easiest way. You can also try using sodium alginate to make the dye thicker. Also, it's said that urea is suppose to help make colors more bold.
