Actually they didn't forget. They had 3 years to work on Resistance 3, and they did what they wanted to achieve. Plus, they had their other department work on overstrike. Insomniac games have always been doing this. not just them, but many companies work at 2 projects at once. They've been doing this since the Resistance fall of man days

@atxagent00b i actually skipped the 1st one and jumped on resistance 2, i didnt miss out too much on the storyline but the gameplay, its not a big deal if u jump straight to part 3 but ur better off starting from atleast resistance 2
