Zeppelin became famous because they were great, maybe your understanding of good is different. Your probably a big fan of Children of Bodom, and Deathklok, who are "great" on guitar and drums but in actuality need 30 sustain pedals to do crap, with a whole bunch of tapping and no actual chords or strum patterns, which constitutes real guitar playing, not keyboards with strings.

bonham is the most overrated member of zep. Bill ward, neil pert, and danny carey are all beyond him. Anyone could have played drums for led zeppelin and sounded like the shit. Every member of that band is overrated. But with all parts combined...captain planet. Coheed might be on par with tool though...maybe.
