It's a tragedy of our time that wars are started solely on rumors propagated by intl media, even the security council has been duped into believing that Gaddafi's forces were bombing civilian demonstrators which facilitated the passing of resolution 1973 authorizing a no fly zone in Libya and then quickly changed into a regime change and direct targeting of Gaddafi.

Now the Media and in particular Aljazeera and other media usual suspects are trying to incite a military intervention in Syria.

@nataher123 There was a report on the status of human rights published by the United Nations Human Rights Council on Jan 4, 2011.  I suggest you read it.

While you're at it, look up Libya's position in the Human Development Index relative to the rest of Africa. Check for things like: health care, literacy rate, unemployment, homelessness, average standard of living - and then compare them under Gaddafi to prior.

The evidence has been there all along - and you ignored it.

This video was seriously a joke, people who use their minds and not be taken by their fancy editorial skills would realize that. Not a single shred of objective evidence. The banksters didn't make this revolution, it was genuine..no doubt some external forces have interests but they didn't cause it...Perhaps rumours about mercenaries were intentionally put out to discredit gaddafi, but does slandering a brutal dictator really matter? #1 This narrator is stupid...that amnesty lady said "we received information that their COULD be mercenaries" in her first interview, then in the second one, she said it turned out to be a rumour...never once did she say she has evidence. #2 This revolution was coming with our with out that rumour #3 I agree there are global conspiracies but this video presents absolutely no evidence and people like this narrator assume "Every one is in on it" not understanding every one has their motives.

Am not surprised about AI screwing up badly. It's not the 1st time. The last time that I'm aware of is when AI and HRW both called on Washington and NATO to intervene in Sudan over the Darfur region matter or issue and that they did this caused outrage for me, for Washington and NATO are psychopathic, mass murderers, destroyers, racketeers, and so on. If I had a house and it caught fire, then I wouldn't call on pyromaniacs to help extinguish the flames, but AI & HRW do far worse. No $ from me!
